In the last issue of NDC News, the lovely Andrew and Lynne
Spencer told us how they became romantically involved, got married and began to
pastor a thriving pentecostal church. Now find out some of the challenges and
obstacles they encountered in the early days and how they overcame them!

You might think it
doesn’t make sense that post and idolatry could be linked but let me show that
in fact it was for me. God revealed to me that I was somewhat devoted to, and
placed significance in something that didn’t deserve it.

A few days ago whilst reading one of my favorite books in the Bible (Joshua) I read the following words: “Then the Lord said to Joshua…” Right there and then I was challenged. Does the Lord speak to me? I believe He speaks to the Pastors and the Prophets in the Church etc but does He speak to me? Does HE speak to you?

In the first instalment of the Andrew and Lynne Spencer saga, we learn how the couple overcame trials (such as drug addiction and family rejection) by placing their trust in Jesus Christ. In Part II we see how the couple (who now attend the same church in

I am a Christian woman living in Northamptonshire - England. Recently a family member offended me slightly.

Northampton Deliverance Church has a name that aptly defines its
mission - reaching out to the citizens of Northampton (a provincial
town situated about an hour's drive from North London) with the
liberating message of the gospel.

Its congregation gathers weekly at Vernon Terrace community centre on Stockley Street where Sunday services are characterised by heartfelt praise and worship sessions as
well as lively expositions of the scriptures.
